Size Guide
Gloves are labelled by weight in ounces (oz), rather than a universal hand size. Choose the weight for your training and check your coach’s requirements before buying.
| Glove weight | General training guide |
|---|---|
| 8–10oz | Lighter pad and speed work; competition only where rules permit |
| 12oz | General training, bags and pads |
| 14oz | Bag work and conditioning with additional padding |
| 16oz | Common adult sparring choice, subject to club rules |
This is a general use guide, not a brand-specific hand-measurement chart. Try the fit with your usual hand wraps: you should be able to close your fist comfortably without pinching or excessive movement. Only the weights in this product’s selector are offered.
